Please read all of the below before ordering!
Orders received before 11.00am on a standard working day will normally be despatched that day depending on stock quantity.  The estimated delivery time is based upon if an item is in stock - the lower average delivery time is for stock items, the higher average delivery time is based upon special order items.  Most common items are in stock.  Non standard items/set ups may have to be ordered.  Our stocks are amoungst the largest in the world.
We will notify you of any delays and an alternative is always possible if urgent.
Any cancelled orders may be charged a restocking charge dependant the nature of the cancellation.  This is usually only in the case for late cancellations on rare/specially ordered items that have already been invoiced to us and are difficult to resell (this is a last resort).

United Kingdom mainland
Carriage free on all orders over £25.00, otherwise £1.50 to anywhere in U.K. mainland. 
Delivery takes 1-5 working days.
Saturday deliveries within UK mainland will attract a £20.00 surcharge, please call if required.
Scottish Highlands/Isles
Delivery usually takes from 2-7 working days of receipt of order. A surcharge will be applicable on orders requested for next day delivery. Please call or email our sales team for delivery details and a quote for carriage.

Delivery takes 3-7 working days from receipt of order.

For other weights please call.  Usually this can be accomodated for high value items, otherwise £2-4 per extra 1/2kg.  If you prefer, just place your order & we usually find a cheap way to get it to you, if there are any additional charges for higher weight low value orders, we will email you and not proceed until you give your approval.  We will issue a full credit if a fair charge cannot be agreed.

Do you deliver to my address?
Please email our sales team at info@spraygunsdirect.co.uk or telephone on 01332 611893 between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) If you require more details prior to ordering.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

We make every effort to deliver goods within estimated timescales, However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Spraygunsdirect shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Our carriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive any time between 8.00am and 5.30pm.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. You can have your order delivered to your home address or an alternative address. You can add an additional addresses to your account.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
A signature will be required by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8.00am and 5.30pm. The courier will usually leave a card stating the date and time they called. Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. After 3 failed delivery attepts, your items may be returned to our warehouse. This will incur a delivery charge to you.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the day when the products are delivered.
