Choosing the right spray gun?
If you’re starting out looking for a hobbyist spray gun or you’re a professional sprayer getting the right setup configuration can be like, “well where do I start”? or “here’s my wish list of parts”.
Taking into consideration your working space, quality of finish and your budget there can be a lot of questions and queries you might have, for example;
What’s the best compressor for Air fed Masks and Gravity Spray guns running at the same time?
What’s the right fluid tip and nozzle setup for the paint I’m spraying?
Do I need a 3 stage filter?
I need a low noise compressor?
Where to place a drain off point with a rigid pipe configuration?

For a typical bodyshop / automotive spraying environment we would advise to consider these key points.
Air Configuration – Pipework, Filters, drainage, airfed masks and the right compressor.
Preparation – Bodywork, fillers, sanding, masking and panel prep.
Spray gun configuration: gravity feed, pressure or suction feed.
What are you spraying, type of paint and viscosity.
Quality and paint finish expected.
And finally, brand. (3M, A.N.I. DeVilbiss, Iwata, SATA, Sagola, or Graco)
I have an old gold DeVilbiss spray gun “gti” I need to replace the TE10 Aircap, Fluid Nozzle and Needle?
