DeVilbiss JGA Pro Suction Spray gun

• Totally redesigned DeVilbiss JGA drop-forged aluminium gun body
• Newly restyled ergonomic body with improved fit, feel, comfort and controls
• Suitable for use with a suction cup or pumps, tanks or remote feed cups
• Two conventional air cap choices to suit most car and CV refinish paints and materials
• A range of four pressure and two suction fluid nozzle sizes of varying viscosities and control preferences
• Utilises new air valve design for ultra smooth triggering and control
• Renowned DeVilbiss atomisation quality and even paint distribution
• Faster, easier maintenance from user-friendly fittings and adjustments
• Rugged drop forged body with red anodised finish for protection

Choice of two air caps available:

• C1 Aircap:
  • General purpose solvent materials, suits basecoat and gloss – equivalent to 186 on old JGA.
  • Gives a higher flow level so suits smoother application on gloss materials.
  • Consumes 10.6 cfm @ 3.0bar
• C2 Aircap:
  • Suits thicker higher viscosity materials and primers – equivalent to 30 on the old JGA.
  • Consumes 12.8cfm @ 3.0 bar

As well as a choice of three fluid tips:

• 1.4 is a rare choice as it only suits very thin watery type materials.
• 1.6 suits gloss and basecoat whereas.
• 1.8 suits thicker materials as an all-rounder.
