Redashe IFCWM1000 Mixing Room Increased Safety Heating Panel

The Redashe increased safety convection heating panel can be ceiling or wall mounted , ideal for heating paint mixing rooms and small storage areas for maintaining paint products at the correct temperature and viscosity, most automotive paint manufacturers recommend that water- based paints should be stored at an ambient temperature of not below 5°c and mixed above 15°c. At 0°c the water content in the paint can freeze which could irreparably damage your stock. Fitting a Redashe mixing room heater could eliminate this risk.

All areas where there is a potential risk of flammable vapours and explosion are covered by ATEX legislation. All equipment used in these areas must be certified and market with the ‘Ex’ symbol. The panel is easy and discreet to install. May be installed horizontally, vertically or on the ceiling. Adjustable temperature control is provided by a digital thermostat. All heaters are rated at 240v AC 50/60 HZ and carry full ATEX IECEX certification for gas and dust hazards. Classification zone 1 and 2 where the flammable atmosphere is a group 11A, 11B OR 11C gas.

Approved Ex e 11 version to EM50014 and EN50019. Suitable from ambient temperatures from -60 to +40°c ATEX CERTIFICATE.
