SATA Spray Mix Underbody Protection System (128561)

Using SATA’s reliable piston pump princple, the system is perfectly suited for direct application of underbody protection materials from large containers and can be directly screwed on a 60ltr or 200ltr barrel.

The system uniquely combines the advantages of air assisted and air-less spray technology. Materials are fed to the gun with a pressure of approx. 50 – 80 bars and atomised inside the nozzle. By varying the material and atomisation air pressure, it is possible to both achieve fine dosage of a rubber material and apply wax-based material with hardly any overspray.
