Application

PLI 50 application – Directions for Use:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease or dust.
2. Cartridge Setup: Insert the cartridge into a dual-barrel epoxy applicator gun.
3. Mixing: Mix the two components thoroughly by dispensing a small amount before application.
4. Application: Apply the mixed epoxy to one or both surfaces.
5. Clamping: Clamp or secure the bonded parts to ensure proper adhesion during the curing process.
6. Curing: Allow sufficient time for full curing, as per product guidelines.

• Open time: 23°C – 60 min
• Working time: 23°C – 90 min
• Handling time: 23°C – 4 hours
• Full cure: 23°C – 24 hours
