The standard version of the jet K is fitted with an air pressure control. It is located on the air connection and allows comfortable and precise adjustment of the inlet pressure. The useful swivel joint is also integrated.

Includes SATA Tool kit (material tube, second trigger, universal spanner, cleaning brush, pressure spring, CCS clips)

The SATA jet K is the new pressure-fed spray gun from SATA – and much more besides that. It offers a comprehensive solution for achieving perfect finishes across a wide range of applications, from functional coatings to flawless clearcoat finishes.

With the jet K in your preferred configuration, you do not just process material – you optimise it. For best results and maximum ease of use, especially on larger surfaces, owing to a completely redesigned spray gun body and a new nozzle range featuring the labyrinth airflow system which masters a wide variety of application requirements.

The jet K offers a large nozzle selection, featuring both HVLP and RP technology. The fluid tip and needle are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

The standard nozzles

With its wide nozzle range, the jet K allows to apply many different materials, whether it be primers and fillers, waterborne and solvent-based coating systems or single-stage paint materials.

The design of the jet K nozzles relies on the same labyrinth airflow system that has helped establish the jet X as the benchmark among gravity-cup spray guns. Consequently, the spraying air is leaving the air cap virtually turbulance-free and without pulsations, resulting in exceptionally fine and uniform atomisation as well as outstanding surface quality. Cloud formation and other irregularities are reduced to the absolute minimum.

AIR CAP WITH FIXED POSITIONS

The jet K features a positioning ring inside the air cap thread.
This allows you to align the air cap precisely – vertically, horizontally or at a 45-degree angle.
If you do not wish to fix the aircap in a specific position, the ring can be easily removed.

The SATA jet K Spray Gun MaxLayer nozzle range

The new MaxLayer nozzles (ML nozzles) have been developed specifically for the jet K. Thanks to their special nozzle design higher layer thickness can be achieved with less coats.

Higher-viscosity materials, higher layer thickness – in case of functional coatings, a little extra is often required, also in terms of surface quality, application efficiency and user-friendliness. In combination with an appropriate material supply system, the right nozzle size and correct gun settings, the jet K is the ideal solution even for large surface areas. Delivering the layer thickness and surface texture which you require.
