The PRi Pro Lite is a mid sized compliant gravity feed spray gun specifically designed for the application of modern primers, surfacer’s and fillers. The gun is easy to clean and maintain with most of the service parts shared with the existing GTi Pro Lite ranges of guns. A wide range of five fluid tips and one new air cap ensure the PRi Pro Lite is the perfect solution to all priming applications. The all new PR10 primer air cap incorporates the latest DeVilbiss Trans-Tech atomisation technology for total compliance with EPA regulations. Primer guns must be compliant in their own right. The PR10 air cap is manufactured in plated brass for ultimate durability.

PRi Pro Lite Compliant Trans-Tech Spray Gun

The PRi Pro Lite gun is constructed of the very highest grade alloys and stainless steels toe ensure smooth operation as well as high impact residence. Every single component within the PRi Pro Lite spray gun is quality controlled and machined parts are checked to exacting tolerances.

With the new lightweight design, inspired by the GTi Pro Lite, the new PRi Pro Lite is even more comfortable and easier to use for the sprayer with the smooth control from the GTi Pro Lites low kick air valve. Suitable for all primers including water-based materials, surfacers and polyesters. The old P1 air cap has now been replaced by the PR10 High-Efficiency air cap which delivers fine atomisation with a well-formed large and uniform spray pattern. This makes the spray gun ideal for primer coverage.

Fluid Tip Guide

• 1.4: Base coating (solvent or water). Lacquer and gloss colours.
• 1.6: Ideal for thicker materials / faster application / higher build. Also suits low build primer.
• 1.8: Suits thicker commercial industrial materials or primers.
• 2.0: Ideal for high build primer.
• 2.5 Application of thick material like polyester spray filler, filler and very thick build primers.
