These significant product developments once again provide these guns with unrivalled finishing performance.

Technology-led innovation

The DeVilbiss JGA Pro Pressure and Suction are high-performance conventional air atomizing spray guns suitable for most industrial spray finishing applications. They are constructed from the finest materials available to withstand the most demanding requirements in the modern spray shop, providing a guaranteed, long, and lasting service life. The spray guns can
be used with virtually all industrial solvent and water-based paints, coatings, lubricants, dyes, stains, varnishes and adhesives.

Choice of two air caps available:

C1 Aircap:

• • General purpose solvent materials, suits basecoat and gloss – equivalent to 186 on old JGA.
  • Gives a higher flow level so suits smoother application on gloss materials.
  • Consumes 10.6 cfm @ 3.0bar

C2 Aircap:

• • • Suits thicker higher viscosity materials and primers – equivalent to 30 on the old JGA.
    • Consumes 12.8cfm @ 3.0 bar

As well as a choice of three fluid tips:

• 1.4 is a rare choice as it only suits very thin watery type materials.
• 1.6 suits gloss and basecoat whereas.
• 1.8 suits thicker materials as an all-rounder.
